The Company presents below its report on its solvency and financial situation (SFCR are its initials in English). The report has been prepared in accordance with the legal framework of Solvency II, defined by articles 80 to 82 of Law 20/2015 of 14th July on the Organisation, Supervision and Solvency of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies.

This document describes the control and governance process of Grupo Catalana Occidente's products and its subsidiaries in accordance with the requirements established in Delegated Regulation 2017/2358 regarding the requirements for control and governance of the products.
